One of the best things we love about Parc Clematis for New Home Buyers is the accessibility. It’s the rare buyer who shops for a house while paying a car loan (watch out for our article on TSDR for more info) which is why the side gate that’s only 500m away from Clementi MRT is perfect.

 

Additionally, parents or expecting parents have their choice of a wide variety of schools for children at all stages. (We didn’t include kindergartens, but there’s also a huge number of them!)

 

Location aside, the development itself is situated on a huge piece of land at 633,644 square feet, of which 400,000 square feet have been set aside for amenities! This gives x so many alternatives for entertainment and leisure, particularly those with children. In addition, with over 1,400 residents, maintenance costs are estimated to be much more reasonable.

 

Shopping-wise, Clementi doesn’t have mega malls, however it does offer plenty of stores for most shopping needs. On top of that, with Jurong Lake District being included in the URA Masterplan, the region is poised to become “the largest mixed-use business district outside the city center”.

 

This leads to our last point: versatility. Should New Home Buyers decide to upgrade their home in the future, this development would be very versatile in terms of exiting. The only issue is that it is right beside the AYE and thus there will be a lot of noise pollution for the blocks and units facing that direction.
